1. Restaurant Wally

Hamburgers: the ultimate comfort food. Take your children to Restaurant Wally on the Hertogstraat. Children aren’t the only ones who love these burgers, adults do too! All their ingredients are locally sourced, including the meat, the buns, and the potatoes for the fries. Delicious burgers made with sustainable ingredients and respect for the environment.

2. Beij Ons

Beij Ons on the Daalsedwarsweg has become a household name in Nijmegen. Have a nice lunch or dinner with the whole family. When the weather’s nice, parents can enjoy a cup of coffee in the outdoor seating area as their children play outside in the playground. Inside the restaurant, the kids can enjoy themselves with games and DUPLO: it’s almost like you’re in a regular living room!

Whether you’re looking for sweet or savoury pancakes, you can find delicious pancakes at ‘t Hoogstraatje Pannenkoekenrestaurant on the Hoogstraat. But you can also go there for poffertjes (very tiny pancakes), lunch or a good cuppa.

10. Van der Valk Hotel Nijmegen-Lent
