Where to have breakfast
In the city centre of Nijmegen, you can go to multiple locations to get your breakfast starting from 9.30 a.m. or 10.00 a.m. Places like Smaakrijk or Grand Café Moenen. For breakfast with some cat cuddling, you go to Kattencafé Balthazar.
The real early birds can go to Hotel Credible, Yoghurt Barn, Tati Nijmegen, Hotel Manna and Blonde Pater for breakfast.
Of course, there are plenty of other locations to get a delicious breakfast in Nijmegen.

Go to Philipse Koffie & Brocante for a late breakfast in Nijmegen. This place is well hidden… because it is next to the Stevenskerk! So if you don't feel like the hustle and bustle of the shopping area, but do wish to stay in the city centre, go there for a sandwich, soup, or salad.
Hidden behind the large industrial gates of the Van Welderenstraat is De Fabriek. Here you are welcome from 10 a.m. for a nice bun, salad, or yoghurt filled with honey, muesli and mixed nuts.
Fika is a nice breakfast bar that serves smorrebrod. These are luxurious multigrain sandwiches with Scandinavian specialties. Where are they? Van Broeckhuysenstraat 5.
Having breakfast outside the city centre
Outside the city centre there are also plenty of pleasant breakfast bars, at which you will enjoy spending some time! One of them is Café Eten & Drinken Nijmegen, where they welcome visitors from 9.30 a.m. At Nimma you can enjoy breakfast in an industrial space and relax atmosphere.
Gesha, at the Handelskade, in addition to having delicious coffee, serves excellent breakfast for everyone having both small or large appetites!
