Fiftyeight’s menu features surprising combinations and pure flavors. Their chef, Edmundo Gruia, draws inspiration from the four seasons and adds his own twist, making each dish just a little different from what you’d expect.
In Nijmegen South, at a creative breeding ground, you can find: Plek NMGN. A restaurant for pizza lovers, because they offer 4 new pizza combinations from their wood oven every week! Another place you won't want to miss if you love pizza is Desem. It's located in the NYMA Tower.
