Going out with fellow students
The nights in Nijmegen are long, the terraces are large and the pubs are full. In other words, Nijmegen is a great city to go out in. Whether you want to go out with your fellow students, friends from your village or your family in Nijmegen. You are guaranteed to have a great night out.
Student bars
As a student, you can often be found in the city. Sometimes you go out for a drink with your fellow students and sometimes you go out late into the night. Every day you can have a party, so it's always a bit of a weekend as a student. Need inspiration? Go to Café de Fuik, Twee Keer Bellen, Bascafé and Café van Rijn.
Going out
Nijmegen has plenty of nice places where you can go out. Go to the El Sombrero, Bar 2 or NDRGRND. Feel like singing? Grab the microphone at Roxy's Karaokebar. Bar Ruygh and De Drie Gezusters are also great places to move your hips. Can't choose between all the fun places to go out? In the Molenstraat it is always a party, pleasantly busy and there is enough choice!
Parties

7 days of partying
If you have heard of Nijmegen, then it must be the Vierdaagsefeesten. Seven days of partying, dancing, listening to music and more! It is the largest free event and one of the biggest events in Europe with 1.5 million visitors. If you like crowds, then it is recommended to stay in Nijmegen during this week. During this week there is also De Vierdaagse (The Walk of the World), the biggest walking event in the world, four days of walking. For the night owls it is always fun to cheer on the walkers in the early morning. And what is always a party is the Via Gladiola, the last day of The Four Days Marches, in the Sint Annastraat.
