The complex is open to the public for recreational swimming, for lessons and a variety of aquatic sports. There are timetables for people who want to swim lengths, for families, women, babies/toddlers and 50+, as well as general opening times for all ages. The facilities can be booked for children's parties, and on Wednesday afternoons there are children’s activities for members of the Jip's VIPclub. The complex also has a meeting room.
